Posušje – Mostar Bus Line

Scheduled bus service between Posušje and Mostar — multiple weekday departures, with a separate Sunday timetable.

We operate the Posušje – Mostar line every day except Saturday. The journey takes about one hour on average, depending on traffic along the Posušje – Široki Brijeg – Mostar route. The line is used by daily commuters, students travelling to Mostar's universities, and passengers connecting onwards into Herzegovina and Dalmatia.

Boarding points are clearly signed: in Posušje, the town centre on Kralja Tomislava street; in Mostar, the West Bus Station (Autobusna stanica Zapad) on Vukovarska street. Tickets are bought from the driver — in cash, in convertible marks (KM) or euros. For group departures and seat reservations, please call us in advance.

Frequently asked questions

Do you run on Saturdays?
No, the regular line does not run on Saturdays. On Sundays there is a single departure from Posušje at 17:30. On weekdays we run four departures per day.
How long does the Posušje – Mostar journey take?
The trip takes around one hour on average. In heavy traffic, particularly arriving into Mostar, it may take slightly longer.
Do I need to book a seat in advance?
Not for individual passengers — tickets can be purchased from the driver at boarding. For groups of five or more we recommend calling ahead so we can ensure enough seats.
Can I bring larger luggage?
Standard checked and hand luggage is included in the ticket price. For larger items, sports equipment or multi-day luggage, please let us know in advance.
How do I pay for the ticket?
Tickets are paid to the driver when boarding — cash in convertible marks (KM) or euros. Receipts are provided on request.
